Family law is a high priority for the Attorneys and staff at Carol E. Heron & Associates. We provide client-centered counseling, representation, including trial work, on all issues relating to dissolution of marriage, including spousal and child support, child custody and visitation, property division, pensions, and post-divorce needs. We also are experienced in adoption and paternity matters. Further available services include negotiation and drafting of pre-nuptial, inter-spousal, cohabitation, domestic partnership and "transmutation" agreements; emergency and temporary orders for personal safety and child custody; and interstate and international custody cases, among others.
